Envio e Pagamentos

A SUA ENCOMENDA:

Após recebermos a sua encomenda enviaremos um e-mail com a confirmação da sua encomenda.

ENVIO DA ENCOMENDA:

A sua encomenda será enviada até 24h00 após confirmarmos o seu pagamento (excepto Sábados, Domingos e Feriados) e rutura de stock.

Fazemos envios para Portugal Continental e Ilhas (Açores e Madeira).Podemos fazer envios para outras partes do mundo mediante o calculo do custo de transporte, faça a sua encomenda normalmente no nosso site que depois entramos em contato com o valor final já com os transportes.

VALOR ENVIOS PARA PORTUGAL CONTINENTAL E ILHAS:

Normalmente, utilizamos os CTT registado (valor que já esta adicionado quando finaliza o carrinho) com entrega prevista em até 2 dias para Portugal Continental e até 5 dias para as ilhas. Não nos podemos comprometer com estes prazos, isto são referências dos CTT)

TROCAS, DEVOLUÇÕES E CANCELAMENTOS:

Aceitamos trocas ou devoluções de artigos, não sendo devolvido o dinheiro, mas sim um vale que poderá utilizar até 6 meses.

O prazo de devolução é de 14 dias após recepção da mercadoria, tendo a mesma que estar em perfeitas condições, com a embalagem original e sem vestígios de uso.

Para realizar uma devolução, deverá indicar o nº da sua encomenda juntamente com a mesma. Os custos de transporte para devoluções e trocas são a cargo do cliente.
